In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support for their inquiries, orders, and issues. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Document all interactions accurately to maintain records and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer issues and provide thorough solutions.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to offer accurate assistance to clients.
  • Work towards achieving performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
