The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in mobile app services, based in Greece. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for users, providing exceptional assistance with inquiries related to our mobile applications. Your fluency in Polish will allow you to connect with customers effectively, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience while using our services.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their mobile app inquiries and support needs.
  • Guide users on app functionalities, account management, and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide clear, helpful guidance to enhance their experience.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to relay user feedback and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and trends in mobile applications to offer informed support.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving overall customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or technical support, particularly for mobile applications, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and guide customers through solutions.
  • Familiarity with mobile app features and customer service platforms.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
