Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding our FinTech products and address their concerns efficiently.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services and product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the technology or FinTech industry.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
Experience utilizing customer feedback to enhance service delivery is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software would be advantageous.
