Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone to our Polish-speaking clientele.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to game rules, promotions, and account management in a timely and effective manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may encounter while using our gaming platform.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our diverse array of gaming products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account creation, verification, and managing transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to drive service enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

• Fluency in Polish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the iGaming or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer inquiries.
