Responsibilities

Source and recruit Slovak-speaking candidates for various job openings abroad.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications based on client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Slovak market.
Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract talent.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
Collaborate with other team members to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Fluent in Slovak and English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
