Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and our FinTech offerings.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay informed about product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Create a positive customer experience that promotes loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure high service quality.

• Fluent in Slovenian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the FinTech sector, is beneficial.
• Customer-focused mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex FinTech concepts in an understandable manner.
• Experience in collecting and using customer insights for service enhancements.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital support tools.
