Slovenian Speaking Customer Service - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns effectively.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and service responsiveness.

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate customer inquiries.
