Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on a leading social media platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
- Review posts, comments, and messages in Italian, assessing their appropriateness and relevance.
- Identify and report instances of policy violations, such as hate speech, misinformation, and harassment.
- Engage with users by responding to inquiries and providing clarity on moderation policies.
- Work collaboratively with the moderation team to share insights and enhance moderation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of moderation actions and assist in monitoring content trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and changes in platform policies.
- Fluency in Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
