The House of Mercier is excited to announce a position for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative in the banking industry, available for remote work in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries regarding various banking services and ensuring they receive the highest level of assistance. Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and build strong relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Spanish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries about banking products and services.
  • Guide users in managing their accounts, processing transactions, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring quick resolutions and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of all inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and work towards effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty within the banking industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
