Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries from Polish-speaking customers regarding banking products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on banking policies, transactions, and account management.
  • Assist clients in resolving account issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure precise record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to offer knowledgeable support.
  • Engage in continuous training and personal development to enhance your skills and understanding of the banking landscape.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team environment as well as independently.
