Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service remotely.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure prompt resolution of issues or requests.
  • Utilize native Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with clients over phone, chat, or email.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and sharing of best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) and excellent English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in consumer services or customer support is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proven experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while staying motivated and disciplined in a remote setting.
