The House of Mercier is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking IT/Customer Service Representative for the world’s largest technology company. Based in a vibrant location, this role is crucial in supporting Dutch-speaking customers with their technical inquiries and service needs. You will leverage your technical knowledge and customer service skills to ensure an exceptional experience for clients navigating various tech products and solutions. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy helping others, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive IT support and customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously, following up on any outstanding matters to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to escalate and solve complex issues effectively.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, updates, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to continuously build your technical and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical aptitude with a passion for technology and helping customers.
  • Experience with customer service software and support tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
