The role


You’ll be an integral member of The Nudge’s content team, including crafting and sending weekly "Nudges" (text messages that link to video plans of things to do) to our 1.4M+ users nationally, and coordinating with our network of 100+ creators.


We’ll begin interviews the first week of January. SF preferred but open to remote.

Who you are
  • 1-3 years of experience in content, media relations, digital storytelling or related fields 
  • A talented and persuasive writer with a strong sense of Millennial and Gen Z perspectives
  • Exceptional people skills
  • A highly-organized, self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Flexible and resourceful, ready to wear multiple hats to help our small team succeed
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn quickly
  • Belief in our mission to help people be their best selves in a world where technology often empowers us to be lazy
  • Preferably in San Francisco (at HQ 4 days / week); open to remote 
  • Bonus: Experience in creator management 


What you’ll do
  • Craft engaging, creative text messages that resonate with our audience (primarily Gen Z and Millennial women)
  • Select the best Nudge Plans (short-form video plans from local creators) to highlight via text 
  • Help manage our network of creators by training them on our internal video principles, coordinating local partnership opportunities for them, and more
  • Support various strategic, content initiatives, such as iterating on the user onboarding experience and launching new cities
  • Contribute to broader company initiatives: you’ll spend part of your time on company-wide work for The Nudge, like marketing (creating monthly video ads) and product (helping us improve our internal tools)


$70,000 - $90,000 a year
