Agency Support Specialist

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Agency Support Specialist to join our team! This is an in-office position at our Brattleboro, Vermont location, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you’ll be the face and voice of The Richards Group, ensuring every guest and caller feels warmly welcomed and professionally assisted. Your primary responsibility is to greet, assist, and inform clients, visitors, and guests, guaranteeing outstanding customer service. 

Salary Range

Starting at $35k, depending on experience, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. 

What You Bring 

No insurance experience required! If you’re eager to join a dynamic team, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and be a trusted resource across departments, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience or enthusiasm to learn how to operate a multi-line phone system, and a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure each visitor and caller feels welcome and supported.
