In this influential role, you will be reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services and will oversee the daily operations of the lab department. Your contributions will be essential in streamlining workflows and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that we continue to set the gold standard for healthcare in the state. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations and fostering relationships across departments to improve communication. You'll cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability among staff, while also addressing operational issues efficiently. Another key aspect of your role will be collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and budgeting. You'll also lead projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence while acting as a liaison between Lab Services and other departments.
