The Position
The Event & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both office management and event logistics, working closely with the Events Manager, Chief of Staff/SVP Strategic Initiatives, and Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to smooth, efficient operations that enhance our high-profile events and day-to-day office functionality.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Events Manager and the Chief of Staff on everything from sourcing top-notch venues and vendors for our conferences, webinars, and client events, to managing speaker registration and ensuring smooth on-site operations. Your superb communication skills will be key as you liaise with various teams, including marketing, to create inviting event spaces and promote our exciting gatherings. Aside from event logistics, you'll also support general office operations, acting as the first point of contact for building management and handling daily communications. We’re looking for someone with a degree in business or event management, coupled with 1-3 years of relevant experience. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. An interest in crypto is a big plus!
