Manager, Systems Operations
The Trade Desk is looking for a Reliability Operations Engineering Manager to lead our global Reliability Operations team and ensure a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.
Skills
- Technical troubleshooting
- Management experience
- Distributed system architectures
- Monitoring tools familiarity
- Scripting proficiency
Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and measure incident response engineering practices
- Liaise with engineering teams to prioritize incident response tasks
- Manage a global Reliability Operations team
- Participate in incident response engineering duties
- Meet periodically with reports across timezones
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
