In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all technical documents are meticulously reviewed and approved while serving as the essential liaison between our developers, design-builders, and subject matter experts. You’ll collaborate closely with the terminal Lead Design Manager and various project managers to establish and evaluate design requirements, guaranteeing consistency across the program. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the terminal Delivery Director and Project Manager regarding any ambiguities in design requirements or changes in scope. You will also ensure that we adhere to architectural and engineering guidelines, providing a consistent, high-quality design output for our terminal projects. Your role will involve rigorous monitoring of BIM production towards our airport BIM standards and maintaining the integrity of our project timelines and budgets. If you have 15+ years of experience in design management, particularly within complex aviation projects, you're exactly who we want. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or engineering is mandatory, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and CAD or REVIT will certainly put you ahead.
