Join our innovative team as we embark on an exciting Finance Transformation Project, implementing Finance Fusion in Oracle Cloud. We have already implemented Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) several years ago and subsequently implemented several additional modules such as Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management.
We are seeking a self-starter who is keen to learn who can work on their own initiative, with minimal supervision, to join our innovative and successful team.
As a detail-oriented Analyst you'll be a quick learner, have great problem solving skills and be keen to learn new technologies.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Finance Transformation Project, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion.
As a Finance systems analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and running front / back-end software solutions in an agile HR / Finance delivery squad.
This role is hands-on & you’ll be actively involved in designing, implementing, and running of the Finance products and services in your squad, predominately Oracle HCM / Fusion.
You’ll work very closely with the Finance function to ensure the smooth running of the Finance function and resolve issues as and when they arise.
This role within the Squad will focus more on day to day BAU support activities required to ensure the smooth running of the Finance function. Production & distribution of several key weekly/monthly KPI reports that will be a key task for this role.
