With a strong emphasis on R&D and continuous professional development, TheTin seeks a UK based Performance Executive to enhance its team. TheTin offers flexible remote-first options and an inclusive, forward-thinking workplace.

The Role:

As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a talented and results-driven Performance Executive to our team. This is an opportunity to create exceptional digital campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

We’re looking for an ambitious media specialist with solid experience in managing paid social campaigns, eager to develop and grow their expertise in a collaborative, ideas-driven environment. Your work will help elevate our campaigns, combining strategic thinking and technical know-how to deliver impactful results.

You’ll work closely with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and project managers, contributing to a broad range of campaigns that challenge and grow your skills. You’ll have the opportunity to manage diverse paid media projects, from LinkedIn and Meta campaigns to exploring new platforms, gaining valuable experience and building your expertise along the way.

Next steps:

Successful candidates can expect the following interview process:

  1. W/C January 2nd 2025: Initial 30min call with our Senior Operations Manager and another member from our team.
  2. W/C January 13th 2025: A 1 hour interview with our Performance Lead to present back the case study provided to you.You will be given at least 3-days notice in preparation for this interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Campaign Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of client products/services and ability to promote them effectively via Ads Managers (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta).
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Business Manager and Meta Business Manager.
    • Familiarity with additional platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube/Google Ads) is a bonus.
    • Ability to interpret campaign briefs, make strategic recommendations, and implement optimisations aligned with client KPIs.
    • Proficient in paid media metrics, understanding their implications, and optimising campaigns accordingly.
    • Experience managing B2B campaigns across a range of platforms.
  • Campaign Planning and Reporting:
    • Experience supporting turning client briefs into actionable campaigns with clear goals.
    • Experience in performance reporting with data-driven recommendations and insights.
    • Representing the agency in client meetings, providing expertise and clarity in campaign planning and reporting.
  • Agency Collaboration and Growth:
    • Demonstrates an eye for account growth, identifying and pitching new opportunities to clients.
    • Collaborates with strategy, project management, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Keeps up-to-date on best practices and updates across all advertising channels.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, with expertise in LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of optimising paid social campaigns to deliver tangible results.

Preferred:

  • Experience with B2B clients.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube/Google Ads.

  • A self-starter with the ability to manage workloads and seek continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for clients.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.

Starting Salary:

Circa £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

Benefits:

  • Remote First: We support our staff to work wherever they want in the UK, & after passing probation we support short stints of remote work abroad. 
  • Share Scheme: We operate a share scheme for all current members of staff that are with us for over a year.
  • Holiday: 20 days plus a day for every year you work up to 25 days, plus Bank Holidays, and a shutdown in between Christmas and New Year.
  • Bonus pot: Our staff are eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus scheme based on our annual targets.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave: Eligible employees on Maternity Leave receive full pay for 12 weeks. For Paternity Leave, we give full pay for 4 weeks.
