We support and partner with renowned enterprise organisations such as IBM, Adidas, and Cisco, helping them navigate the intricate landscape of customer journey mapping.
We kicked off 2024 with a global team of 65 TheyDoers, representing over 30 nationalities across 20 countries, though this marks just the beginning.

As we enhance our product with more quantitative data to offer a holistic view of the customer experience, we need a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. If you have a knack for transforming data into meaningful insights and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want you!
Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive analytics
Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance for analysis
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to analyze diverse datasets
Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making
Regularly present findings and insights to stakeholders, explaining complex data in a straightforward, accessible manner
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics capabilities, suggesting and implementing new tools and methodologies
Support the Product team by providing data-driven insights that influence product development and strategy
Participate in the design and execution of experiments to drive product optimization and enhancements
A passion for data and its power to drive meaningful business decisions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI)
The ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner
A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a team and with various departments
Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and proposing solutions
Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
2-4 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused company
A strong track record of analyzing large, complex datasets and delivering insights that have driven business decisions
Experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
Educational background in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
