We support and partner with renowned enterprise organizations such as Cisco, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot and Polestar, helping them manage their complex journeys and optimize them for efficient growth, removing the need for constant transformation.

We kicked off 2024 with a global team of 65 TheyDoers, representing over 30 nationalities across 20 countries.

We’re looking for someone motivated to join our Marketing team as our first dedicated Marketer in the US.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to contribute to building out our enterprise marketing GTM. In this role, you’ll be a pioneer for TheyDo’s in-territory marketing. We efficiently run our digital channels from whatever the time zone is, but need an experienced marketer in the US to work with partners and customers to organize events and enterprise marketing campaigns.

Our motto is ‘B2B Marketing makes Sales easy’ so you’ll constantly align with Sales and CS colleagues in the US about their needs and projects. And of course you will work closely with the Marketing team based in various European countries: VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketer, Product Marketer, Social and Community Specialist, and Copywriter.

What you will do

This is a role for a senior IC with solid experience in the full spectrum of marketing. You have a strong marketing acumen illustrated by your track record. You can think on your feet, work with what works and come up with new initiatives and directions. 

  • Care for the marketing calendar for the US, ensuring its consistent and impactful coverage across various campaigns and content formats throughout the buyer journey.

  • Be a big presence in the global marketing team, testing ideas locally and seeing them roll out across the world.

  • Adopt and refine our integrated campaign journey that spans multiple channels and marketing tactics such as PR, events, social media, webinars, paid advertisements, and content with a focus on the US.

  • Work closely with our US-based colleagues in Sales to align on our respective journeys and needs.

  • Identify local partners to grow our Partner ecosystem, in collaboration with our Principal Partnerships Manager in Europe.

  • Organize events with our partners and/or customers to generate demand and brand advocates. Events can be digital and IRL.

  • Present the impact of the marketing initiatives you work on and how they’re helping the company realize its goals. Tell the story, take stakeholders on a journey, and support it with data-driven insights.

  • Use diverse data sources to comprehensively understand the challenges and aspirations of our ICP and personas.

  • Managing channels such as search, display, and social media isn’t part of the role.

What we’re looking for

The US is a key market for TheyDo and we’ve already hired great people for our Sales, Success and Enablement teams in the US. We’re now looking to hire our first US-based marketing team member.

  • Relevant field and marketing experience for Enterprise B2B Saas in North America.

  • Knowledge of the CX industry in the US is preferred

  • Experience of managing Pipeline Reporting in Salesforce and building Marketo campaigns are required..

  • Ability to juggle the need for short term wins with the ability to stay on course with the strategy.

  • An empathetic, motivated, and proactive team player eager to fully own the job.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing work environment.

  • Confidence, motivation to grow, fearlessness to fail, and a relentless drive to enhance processes.
