We support and partner with renowned enterprise organisations such as IBM, Adidas, and Cisco, helping them navigate the intricate landscape of customer journey mapping.
We kicked off 2024 with a global team of 65 TheyDoers, representing over 30 nationalities across 20 countries, though this marks just the beginning.

At TheyDo, we recognize that the backbone of our success lies the value we deliver to our customers. Our product already provides insightful, actionable context for our users to make business decisions in. This year we want to enrich that context with quantitative data to provide a holistic picture of the customer experience for those decisions to be of even higher quality.
So we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is deeply customer-centric, with a strong background in integrations, analytics and/or data visualization. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product's data capabilities, ensuring our clients can easily access, understand, and utilize their data to drive decision-making.
Lead the integration of various data sources into our platform, including data warehouses and event tracking tools
Design and implement strategies for effective data management, enabling users to easily slice and analyze their data within the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable data solutions
Direct the development of new features and improvements in the areas of data analytics and visualization, ensuring they align with user requirements and business goals
Own the roadmap for data-centric initiatives, balancing innovation with practical execution
Maintain a customer-focused approach in all development phases, ensuring product changes lead to tangible customer benefits
Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization and help cultivate a culture of analytics
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies in data analytics and consider their applicability to our product
A passion for creating customer-centric product solutions
Proven experience in managing and visualizing data within a SaaS product
A keen eye for detail and the ability to see beyond numbers to deliver meaningful insights
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
The ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic, remote work environment
A commitment to collaborative problem solving and creating high-quality user experiences
Adaptability in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, where roles and responsibilities evolve with the business
8+ years of experience in product management, specifically with a focus on data analytics
Demonstrated expertise in integrating and managing data from various sources
A track record of successfully delivering data-driven product enhancements
Experience in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Previous involvement in cross-functional projects, demonstrating an ability to lead and collaborate effectively
