Brand Partnerships Manager - Designer and Jewellery

Our Brands Team are responsible for building and maintaining our brand relationships, identifying and developing our commercial brand partnerships and introducing brands to our portfolio of clients. As Brand Partnership Manager, your role is to build and maintain relationships with all of our brand partners and to provide support to the Department Brand Director.

You’ll also be expected to work with the wider Brands Partnerships team, and liaise closely with the personal shopping, creative and finance teams.

The role will cover all luxury categories including ready-to-wear, and non-apparel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 360 relationships with brand partners & suppliers within your portfolio
  • Negotiate terms of trade with brand partners with margin focus
  • Analyse brand performance to identify trends, potential risks and assess content and sales opportunities
  • Scout and monitor the market for new brands and potential partnership opportunities
  • Keep up to date with partners and non-partners new collections, upcoming events, market appointments and product launches
  • Assist with supervision of any junior team members eg. Brands Partnership Assistant or Interns
  • Follow the on-boarding brand path to ensure that all steps are followed for newly signed partnerships. E.g. coordinating features, consignment, trainings, etc.
  • Ensure all department documents are kept up to date, delegating this when necessary to maintain optimal team output
  • Work closely with the finance team to check commercial agreements with brand partners, ensuring these have been correctly invoiced
  • Maintain excellent relations with Creative and Sales team members and work proactively and reactively to brand requests and demand
  • Other ad hoc demands as necessary, in an evolving business environment
