Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are looking for a versatile professional who combines strong business analysis skills with project management expertise to join our team. In this role, you will work on medium to high complexity digital projects—such as mobile apps, online tools, websites, and web applications—and also support pre-sales activities. By understanding clients’ business goals, collaborating with pre-sales engineers to define high-level solutions, and identifying key requirements, you will help estimate project scope and effort and see each project through from concept to rollout.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

Pre-Sales Collaboration

• Understand client needs and translate them into high-level requirements and objectives.
• Work with pre-sales engineers to devise and propose solutions aligned with client business goals.
• Participate in preparing project estimates and quotes, ensuring scope and effort are accurately captured.

Business Analysis & Planning

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and work closely with clients to confirm objectives, constraints, and deliverables.
• Break down complex goals into actionable tasks and anticipate potential issues or obstacles.
• Help prepare detailed project plans, identifying resource needs and timelines.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring development and rollout align with scope, time, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to identify feasible technical solutions and address potential risks or malfunctions proactively.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to internal teams, executive stakeholders, and clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for client updates and inquiries, maintaining clear, transparent communication.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and proposing solutions that create business value.
• Prepare and deliver project health reports for executive teams and clients, suggesting corrective actions where necessary.

What we expect from you:

• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to define project scope, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively assess client needs and business challenges to craft effective implementation plans.
• Help prepare project quotes by evaluating technical feasibility, estimating effort, and creating initial roadmaps.
• Plan project milestones, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet time and quality standards.
• Ensure all stakeholders are on board and consistently informed, adjusting plans and communications as needed.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, risks, or deviations from project plans quickly and proactively.
• Evaluate project outcomes, performance metrics, and team effectiveness.
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to ensure successful delivery.

We would like to talk to you if you have:

• 3+ years’ proven experience in project management — OR — 4+ years combined experience as a software developer and project manager.
• Prior experience or strong involvement in pre-sales, business analysis, or solution-scoping is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and an understanding of how to tailor them to various project types.
• Solid technical foundation in web and/or mobile applications, with the ability to address common accessibility and compatibility issues.
• Excellent problem-solving attitude, creativity, and prioritization skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or relevant field
