Associate Manager, Paid Social

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Manager of Paid Social to join our team. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with a passion for member growth and performance marketing, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute heavily to our paid social strategies and significantly impact our member growth and overall marketing performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns with strategic insights and creative direction.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce top-performing ads.
Implement QA processes to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with monthly, and weekly business KPIs.
Demonstrate ability to execute frequent tests and identify data trends.
Analyze performance data to guide campaign adjustments.
Identify trends to build and support forecasting.
Maintain familiarity with other media channels such as TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and Google Search.
Continuously test and learn across audiences, bidding strategies, and creative approaches.
Utilize quantitative reasoning and data analysis to drive performance.
Prepare insightful performance reports for company leadership.
Maintain data accuracy and identify areas of improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns with significant budgets.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for advertising and digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).
Familiarity with additional platforms such as TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and Google Search.
Nice to have: Paid Media Certifications, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint Certification.

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $90,000-95,000/Per Year.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
