In this role, the Director of Digital Engagement will be responsible for driving online visibility, customer/member engagement, revenue growth, and building a compelling brand identity through content creation, website design and curation, and integration of CRM tools to deliver an enhanced user experience across our online platforms. The ideal candidate to manage the enhanced online landscape for the client is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker with strong communications skills and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital engagement, communications, and marketing strategies. This role requires in-person presence in a hybrid work environment.
