Tia is seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse to join its Clinical Operations team, providing patient care support and ensuring a concierge-level experience. Ideal candidates are integral in navigating patients through the healthcare system.

Skills

Understanding of healthcare ecosystem
Proficiency in MS/Google Suite
Experience in high-growth environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Triage member communications
Manage inbound member messages
Ensure timely responses to patient inquiries
Prescribe medication refills as per protocols
Report lab results to patients
Coordinate care within Tia's ecosystem

Education

Graduate from accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Active RN state licensure in CA (Additional licensure in NY & AZ preferred)
