Join us.Our team is responsible for the recommendation algorithms of video creation tools globally, overseeing recommendation distribution and user growth optimization across all apps of CapCut, including Jianying, CapCut, Hypic, so as to enhance content distribution efficiency and user growth efficiencyWhat You Will Do• Optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategy of video creation tools globally, including CapCut, Hypic, etc.• Enhance user growth efficiency by optimizing distribution efficiency of content created by CapCut, Hypic, etc.• Optimize user experiences during creation via a deep understanding of user behavior and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.Qualifications• Strong coding skills with a solid foundation in data structure and algorithms.• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning.• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with passion for tackling challenging problems.• Familiarity with one or more areas in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.• Strong practical ability, papers published in relevant competitions and top academic conferences (such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc.) are preferred.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
