This Role

As the Founding Marketer, you will define and execute a full-stack marketing strategy to accelerate growth and establish timeOS as a household name in productivity. This is your chance to own our narrative, connect with influencers, build a vibrant community, and drive user acquisition through creative campaigns.


We've listed a few things you'll be responsible for below, but it will also be your job to determine which of these we should spend resources on and which we should not. Your success in this role will be assessed based on your ability to execute the above initiatives, introduce new ones and leverage a variety of growth tactics to expand our user base and help more and more folks turn their intentions into actions.

  1. Build a media company:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive written and video content plan.
    • Develop high-quality assets such as blog posts, podcasts, newsletters, guides, videos, and social media content.
  2. Build a brand people love:
    • Establish a consistent, authentic brand voice across all touchpoints.
    • Define and elevate the “Time OS” category within the AI space and the “Zero Time Waste” movement.
  3. Drive user acquisition:
    • Leverage email marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to acquire and retain users.
    • Experiment with creative growth tactics like events, PR stunts, and paid campaigns.
  4. Cultivate our community:
    • Build and scale a global network of productivity advocates.
    • Partner with the community team to host events and drive engagement.
  5. Collaborate on product launches:
    • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features.
    • Partner with external PR agencies to amplify launch campaigns.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fast-growing, consumer-facing companies, with a focus on content and brand strategy.
  • A proven track record of executing successful campaigns, driving user acquisition, and using analytics to inform and optimize decision-making.
  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (we use Customer.io)
  • Familiarity with video production, graphic design, or other creative tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and fostering communities.
  • Passion for productivity, time management, and making work meaningful.
