Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen engagierten und qualifizierten Backend Software Developer (m/w/d) als Ergänzung unseres Remote-First-Teams. Du arbeitest an unserer zentralen Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungs-Komponente und bist mitverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Identity und Access Management Systems (IAM). Es steht dir frei, entweder 100 Prozent remote zu arbeiten oder flexibel unsere TEAMocom Spaces vor Ort zu nutzen. 

  • Durch deine Tätigkeit stellst du gewissenhaft die hohe Verfügbarkeit aller TIMOCOM-Apps sicher.
  • Mit deinem Team entwickelst und implementierst du neue Ansätze, Konzepte und Architekturen rund um unser IAM – natürlich arbeitet ihr dabei auf Augenhöhe.
  • Durch konsequentes leben von agilen Methodiken innerhalb des Entwicklungsteams entstehen neue Ideen, die gemeinsam umgesetzt werden.
  • Neue Technologien stellst du auf den Prüfstand und evaluierst ihren Einsatz gründlich.

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Java- & Spring (Boot) Entwicklung mit.
  • Clean-Code und eine testgetriebene Arbeitsweise sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.  
  • Du fühlst dich in einem agilen und modernen Arbeitsumfeld (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD) wohl.
  • In Datenbanken (Postgres, Oracle), sowie JPA (EclipseLink, Hibernate) bringst du Erfahrungen mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen mit Buildprozessen und Deplyoments (Gradle, Gitlab CI, ArgoCD)
  • Mit Message Brokern (RabbitMQ, Kafka) hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen gemacht.
  • Bestenfalls bringst du erste Erfahrungen in Kubernetes mit – oder die Motivation, dich darin einzuarbeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
