Stellenbeschreibung

Als Product Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die Entwicklung von Go-to-Market- und Post-Launch-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Product Management verantwortlich. Es steht dir frei, einen Anteil deiner Arbeit von zu Hause zu erledigen. Du solltest die Bereitschaft mitbringen mehrere Tage im Monat vor Ort in Erkrath zu sein und gemeinsam mit deinem Team am Team Office Day teilzunehmen. Die Position ist auf befristet bis zum 31.12.2026.

  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung sowie Analyse und Optimierung zielgruppenspezifischer Produktmarketing-Maßnahmen.
  • Du gehst in die aktive Maßnahmenentwicklung zur Steigerung der Produktadaption in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management.
  • Du konzipierst und setzt Retention-Marketing-Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung von Retention Rate, NPS, CLV und Kundenzufriedenheit um.
  • Ebenso liegt bei dir die Planung und Überwachung des Produktmarketing-Budgets.
  • Als Sparringspartner für Produktwissen trägst du die Verantwortung für den internen Wissenstransfer zum Produkt.
  • Die Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung entsprechender Lösungsansätze gemeinsam mit Sales, Product Management und Customer Service, gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Dabei trägst du mit deinem Team die Gesamtverantwortung für die Kommunikation an Bestandskunden.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmarketing, Online-Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Dabei konntest du ein sehr gutes Verständnis von B2B-Marketing, Customer Journeys und Produktadoption entwickeln.
  • Du zeichnest dich aus durch dein strategisches Denken und deine Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zur zielgruppengerechten Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte und hast dabei bereits Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams (z. B. Sales, Produktmanagement, Customer Service) sammeln können.
  • Dein Analytisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Maßnahmen auf Basis von KPIs abzuleiten und zu bewerten, zeichnen dich genauso aus wie deine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Marketing-Tools sowie offen für den produktiven Einsatz von KI im Marketing – idealerweise hast du hiermit bereits erste Praxiserfahrung.
  • Damit du dich in deinem Team gut verständigen kannst, bringst du sehr gute Englisch- wie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
