As the Marketing Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and collaborating on visual content for paid media campaigns, as well as helping build out department workflow. Your role involves ensuring the highest quality in visual elements, optimizing content for various platforms, and contributing tothe overall success of the paid media initiatives within the e-commerce space.


This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. 


What You'll Do
  • Edit visual content for various paid media channels, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and platform specifications. 
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and paid media teams to understand campaign goals and develop post-production plans that align with objectives. Work collaboratively with the creative team to provide input and recommendations for enhancing visual elements and creative strategies. 
  • Visual Consistency: Ensure visual consistency in paid media content, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging while tailoring visuals for different platforms. 
  • Platform-Specific Adaptation: Adapt visual content to meet the specifications and requirements of different paid media platforms, optimizing for maximum impact. 
  • A/B Testing Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support A/B testing initiatives, providing insights on the visual aspects of content performance. 
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all visual elements, addressing any discrepancies or issues before content goes live. 
  • Develop and manage post production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of visual content for paid media campaigns.  
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to relevant advertising regulations, industry standards, and platform guidelines. 
  • Post-Production: Support in managing the end-to-end post-production process for visual content used in paid media campaigns, ensuring a high level of quality and alignment with brand standards. 


What You Need
  • Proven experience in editing and post-production leadership for paid media, preferably in an e-commerce setting. 
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, paid media platforms, and content optimization strategies. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent visual quality control skills. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Familiarity with paid media tools and platforms. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 
  • Experience editing reels and TikTok videos
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Editing, Graphic Design or a related field.


Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary. 
  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. 
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. 
  • Work from home. 
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
