The Role:

The Supply Operations Manager sits within our Events team, reporting into the Delivery Director. You would be solely responsible for meeting the requirements of our live event clients by curating F&B line ups to spec, managing the live event supply base and owning and managing the processes and systems to fulfil these event line ups to the highest standard.
We work with 60+ events per year, with 600+ pitches to be filled and you will take ownership of all of them, going above and beyond to ensure that each event line up is unique, filled ahead of time and that our team of producers are fully supported. 

Passionate about the industry, you will be the expert in F&B suppliers for our live event team; sourcing and scouting suppliers for our events from up and coming restaurants, local suppliers and exciting new brands and managing the relationships with our top event suppliers to maintain engagement with Togather.

You will take ownership of our client and trader facing tech platforms, Live360 and Togather Live. Ensuring the smooth operation of both and working closely with our Product & Engineering teams to develop and improve user experience and internal production processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Levelling up all aspects of the live traders experience to maintain engagement and brand loyalty
  • Curation and booking of suppliers for our live event F&B line ups, from contracting & pitch fee confirmation to management onsite
  • Active improvement of our internal processes & use of systems to enable our Live side of the business
  • Management and ownership of Live360 and TogatherLive (our tech platforms for supplier booking)
  • Account manage cohort of live suppliers, ensuring we have high NPS and retention
  • Using data and analysis to encourage better decision-making and more effective live event F&B line ups
  • Collaborate with Onboarding specialist to ensure live supply liquidity is balanced and new suppliers are onboarded for events in lower supplied areas
  • Mentoring junior members of the team & be point of liaison between Event Producers and Supply base
  • Experience with F&B concessions and the management of line ups for large scale events
  • Experience with project management
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Asana and Pandadoc a bonus
  • Experience in festivals, live events, or dealing with Live event suppliers
  • Problem solver, able to work to tight deadlines and handle last minute issues confidently 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and take ownership of deadlines
  • Strategic mind with the ability to problem solve & develop long term strategy for the supplier management process
  • Autonomy and the ability to ideate and execute changes to the way we work
  • Creative & Solutions oriented, there will always be challenges, but you should always bring meaningful solutions to the table

Our offices are in London and we work with a hybrid model which requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
