Partner Growth Specialist / 12-month contract

Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation on a mission to fight food waste and connect consumers with businesses to save surplus food. They seek a Partner Growth Specialist to help manage and grow their partnerships.

Skills

Customer-focused experience, ideally in B2B
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM/Sales tools
Data competency and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Autonomous with strong prioritization abilities

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with partners and identify savings opportunities
Manage daily operations for a portfolio of 1000+ stores
Monitor and optimize partner engagement and retention
Work with Sales and Care teams on optimization processes
Represent the company's brand philosophy and promote sustainable behavior

Education

Fluent in Italian and comfortable in English
Experience or interest in the food industry is a plus
