Skills

Strong background in product design
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of usability, design, and user experience
Conduct usability testing and user validation
Create solid designs meeting user needs and business requirements
Advocate for accessibility within the organization
Check implementation on various devices for optimal UX

Education

Degree in Design or related field
