Manager, Sales & Community Engagement

Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.- Lead a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.- Identify opportunities for community engagement and partnerships to enhance brand presence.- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.- Analyze sales data, market trends, and community feedback to inform strategies.Critical Skills & Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.- Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.- Experience in community engagement and partnership development is a plus.ADAThe above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job.
