• This role is critical for our business to ensure we have the right product processes and also the right level of communication to our business partners.
  
• You will need a close understanding of our product roadmap from the Senior Product Manager and individual Product Managers.
• This role will be consistently analyzing and challenging our processes to ensure we work in the most efficient ways with our engineering team and also our BU partners.
• Communications will be key to this role to ensure the information provided by our product owners is the right level of detail for our internal and external stakeholders to have the right level of information.
• Drive best practice on both process, capital management and communications to ensure the team are continually improving.
• Making sure we are using the tools within our business effectively e.g. AHA, Jira, LMS, Helpjuice etc…and making suggestions of which tools could improve our process.

Here's how

Process Generation

• Initially to analysis our current process between product and engineering and help suggest improvements.
• Implement changes to our process, mainly focused on product and engineering but also with our key BU partners.
• Ensure our product managers are following the process and we have the right information to be effective from our product owner counterparts.

Communications

• Work with the BU to gather what information and communication is required for them to be effective with our customers.
• Be the key communication point to our BU partners.
• Ensure that internally and externally we have key information at the right time so we can make quick decisions.

Team Management / Regional Support

• Build a regional team to be able to support on communications across different regions.
• KPI and Dashboard Management
• Work with engineering to generate the right dashboards for us to make decision based on fact rather than feeling.
• Help analyze KPI's to improve our process and make iterations for continuous improvement.

Capital Process

• Work closely with the Product managers and Senior Product manager to ensure we follow the right capital process on an annual basis.
• Help collect inputs to ensure we are reporting capital progress to our senior leadership

What you bring to this role

• University degree or regional equivalent
• 5 years experience in Consumer Goods or
• 5 years experience in Product Management
• Experience in Enterprise Software Product Management
• CST/EST Time zone would be preferred

The US base salary range for this position is: $117k - $146k USD. This position may be eligible for a 15% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
