We are seeking an experienced & entrepreneurial rockstar to run our two-sided labor marketplace in one of our markets. You'll be a key member of our Market Operations team.

As a Strategy & Operations Associate on our Market Operations Team, you will work closely with our workers. You'll wear multiple hats to ensure the success of your market in terms of growth, marketplace health, and profitability and you'll be a cross-functional influential partner to the many teams that are critical to the successful execution of your plan, including Sales, Central Operations, Tech, Product, Marketing and more!

What You'll Do:

• Champion Operational Excellence: Become the go-to expert on Traba’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine while continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strategize for Success: Think big and dive deep – identify areas where our processes can be streamlined, and craft actionable plans to drive improvement and eliminate inefficiencies.

• Master Marketplace Dynamics: Take charge of Traba’s marketplace supply by designing and executing innovative user acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns that meet both current and future demand.

• Elevate Business Performance: Develop and implement strategies that not only boost operational efficiency but also elevate customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

• Create Impactful Tools & Insights: Build powerful tools, craft insightful analyses, and establish reporting structures that surface key insights, enabling cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions and achieve strategic goals.

• Be the Glue that Connects: Maintain strong communication and collaboration across Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards shared success.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 2+ years of experience in dynamic roles such as consulting, investment banking, and 1+ years in strategy/operations at a fast-paced tech company or startup

• A methodical, process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency.

• An eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get into the details of processes.

• High EQ and a resilient mentality that allows you to quickly overcome challenges and setbacks.

• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments under pressure.

• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SQL and no code tools like Retool, experience working with product/engineering teams.

Salary Range Details:

The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $90,000 - $167,500, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly. We offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.
