Managed Services Engineer| Patch Management (Remote)

Trace3 is a leading IT authority providing transformative technology solutions and consulting services. They seek a Managed Services Engineer for Patch Management to lead patching efforts for clients' servers and endpoints.

Skills

Proficient in MECM, Datto, Ansible
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
Experience with automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Familiar with security patching best practices

Responsibilities

Schedule and apply OS patches for Windows and Linux servers
Utilize MECM, Datto, and Ansible for patch management
Generate PowerBI compliance reports
Monitor patch deployment success
Recommend updates to patch management workflows
Collaborate with clients on patch approvals
Provide emergency patching services

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
3-5 years of experience in patch management
