Managed Services Engineer| Network Infrastructure (Remote)

Trace3 is a leading Transformative IT Authority that provides unique technology solutions and consulting services. They are looking for a Managed Services Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the client's network infrastructure.

Skills

Proficiency in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
Strong knowledge of routing protocols
Experience with network monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform configuration updates and troubleshoot issues for network devices
Manage firewall policies and VPN configurations
Handle break/fix services and network issue remediation
Monitor WAN links and manage ISP/vendor relationships
Use monitoring tools to track device health and respond to alerts
Support wireless LAN systems and manage load balancers
Coordinate with third-party vendors for support

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field
3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure support
