Managed Services Engineer| Network Infrastructure (Remote)
Trace3 is a leading Transformative IT Authority that provides unique technology solutions and consulting services. They are looking for a Managed Services Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the client's network infrastructure.
Skills
- Proficiency in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform configuration updates and troubleshoot issues for network devices
- Manage firewall policies and VPN configurations
- Handle break/fix services and network issue remediation
- Monitor WAN links and manage ISP/vendor relationships
- Use monitoring tools to track device health and respond to alerts
- Support wireless LAN systems and manage load balancers
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for support
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure support
