Technical Account Manager (Onsite)

Trace3 is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as a technical liaison between pre-sales engineering and sales teams with customer stakeholders. The role involves understanding technology, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in technology environment
Understanding of business environments and IT operations challenges
Strong financial and business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

Communicate between customer technical stakeholders and internal engineering team
Engage with new opportunities and issue resolution
Develop relationships with technical stakeholders
Provide technical and thought leadership
Document and update sold products in major accounts
Assist in project proposals and implementation coordination

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
