Votre mission
Pierre Fabre is expanding their commercialization efforts in the US and is looking for a strong Trade Marketing Manager to support this expansion. In this role, you will have trade marketing account responsibility for 3 key brands- Eau Thermale Avene, Klorane and Rene Furterer. The Trade Marketing Manager will help manage key operational trade relationships including but not limited to: chain drug, specialty beauty retail, salon chains. This role will work in close collaboration with Brand Marketing Teams, National Accounts Managers and Education Team.
Brief Description of Essential Responsibilities:

Develop annual 360 trade marketing plans.

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies, promotions and tools for both existing and new products.

Create new product launch retailer strategies, reinforce product and category priorities

Work closely with Brand Marketing teams, Education, Field Sales, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure program success
Major Responsibilities:
-
Develop annual trade calendar, create and execute all promotions including marketing materials- promotions, POS displays, windows, etc.

Review and analyze all sales data, trends and average price data for all SKU’s making assortment recommendations

Develop and maintain unit and dollar annual and monthly forecasts for retailers

Liaise with Education for development of retailer specific training materials

Maintain market research on competitive products and pricing

Coordinate the development of new marketing materials for key accounts and national accounts.

Meet with National Accounts Managers for regular planning/market meetings

Other duties as described by the business.
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communications).

Minimum of 5 years of skin care and/or hair care industry experience with progressive marketing and account management roles

Leadership skills, including the ability to solve problems that include many decision-makers and carry several options for solutions, as well as persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Comprehensive understanding of US retail and cosmetic/beauty marketing

Comprehensive understanding of chain drug, specialty and salon account management.

Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the US retail/beauty/ market.

Demonstrated understanding of program/project management processes and tools.

Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company (i. e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).

Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and creativity.

Formulate approaches and strategies which may fall outside of historical norms.

Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.

Strong team player with an ability to be a participant and a leader.

French language skills preferred but not required

This job operates in a clerical, office setting.

The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
