We are the face to our growth.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING• Manage our social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) daily, engaging with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally• Encourage discussions and respond to inquiries to foster a positive community atmosphere• Address and escalate customer service issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams• Collaborate with the Community and Content teams to develop engaging, community-focused content based on trends and feedback• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain consistency and accuracy of information shared with our communityWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• Currently enrolled in a university or a higher education institution, with a focus of your studies in the field of Marketing, Communications, or Business• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn• You’re available 20 hours per week and still have at least two semesters of your studies left• You’re based in Berlin so you can join us in the office at least 2x per week• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal (C1)• You actively use the Trade Republic appWHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOWAt Trade Republic you will get to do the best work of your career.
