The acquisition will allow BentoBox to support more restaurants than ever before.

About the Role:

BentoBox is seeking an extremely organized and goal-oriented Trade Show Events Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This person will drive BentoBox growth by producing activations, exhibits, and experiences at industry trade shows across the country. The Trade Show Events Manager is on the brand marketing team and will report to the SVP of Brand Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the trade show events strategy, planning, and production 
• Identify and activate exhibits, experiences, and panels at restaurant industry trade shows 
• Partner with sales, growth, and channel owners on pre and post-event logistics and promotions
• Set clear event goals, compile event learnings, and distribute post-event results 
• Partner with corporate sourcing on sponsorships, contracts, and vendor negotiations
• Work with the internal design team and external vendors on event materials 
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and principles

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in trade show event production at an enterprise organization
• Existing relationships with event production and exhibit vendors
• Understanding of how to collaborate with a corporate sourcing team 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple events at once
• Proficiency in creating and managing event assets including collateral, giveaways etc. 
• Operationally minded and obsessive attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and troubleshoot event challenges
• Have a goal-oriented approach to all tasks and initiatives
• Passionate about improving the hospitality industry and bringing our principles to life
• Frequent travel required
