Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, expanding your customer’s business with TradeCentric, ensuring customers achieve defined outcomes enabled by our solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, goal driven, passionate about customer relationships, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a small company setting.
Senior Customer Success Managers (Sr CSMs) are responsible for working with customers to ensure they realize the full value of their TradeCentric investment. Sr CSMs understand their client’s business requirements, share best practice approaches for achieving the desired outcome, and help their customers leverage the TradeCentric solution portfolio to achieve their goals.
TradeCentric Sr CSMs serve as customer advocates for their clients, providing best practices and guidance for the customer’s connected commerce business. Sr CSMs are strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. The Sr CSM works to expand the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities within the TradeCentric portfolio and driving them to closure. Sr CSMs work with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business. Sr CSMs collaborate with the Renewal Manager to ensure their customers renew their business with TradeCentric.
