Training Coordinator

The Role
As a member of the Customer Support and Training organization, the Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the success of AspenTech’s customer training. The Training Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordination and administration of classroom and virtual training classes. This includes managing activities for designated classes such as scheduling, instructor sourcing, delivering training materials, and responding to customer enquiries.
Your Impact
  • Handling incoming requests (phone, e-mail, and web) from customers and employees.
  • Managing the logistics of customer training classes, e.g., scheduling classes, setting up physical and virtual classrooms, sourcing instructors, delivering training materials, communicating class details to customers.
  • Managing attendee registrations both internal and external for training classes.
  • Determining customer’s current training unit balance and working with Customer Relations Group as needed to address customer requests.
  • Compiling and creating reports for class attendance, survey, and assessment data.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to external and internal customers including greeting and providing tours to in-person customers.
What You'll Need
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Experience with using MS Office tools such as Word and Excel preferred.
