Job Title: Training Coordinator
Reports To: Senior Training Manager
Supervises Others: No
Compensation: $22.00 / Hour / Full-time hours, Non-Contracted (No Benefits)
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reports to the Director of Training. This position is responsible for ensuring all processes and services meet the established standards set-forth by the company or other directives. Duties include booking and setting up classrooms and training venues, tracking, documentation, and various outreach campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position.
- Assists new employees in maintaining compliance with training standards as dictated by local/state and federal laws or the branch office.
- Responds to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs involving training matters.
- Maintain forecast calendars, training records, documents, or other related duties.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training goals and learning objectives in accordance with branch directives.
- Identifies legal requirements and government regulations regarding training functions to ensure policies, procedures, documentation follow local/state/federal reporting processes.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree; and related experience in security training, inspection processes, assessment documentation, or other related experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as administrative licensing and training rules, regulations, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively to event staff and colleagues.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Explorer; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; and Microsoft Share point. Must become proficient and able to operate the internal scheduling program.
