We are currently recruiting recent graduates who are excited to participate in our 15-week, rotational, hands-on, Construction Project Management program. You will learn from experts in the field, who are committed to preparing you for a rewarding career in Construction Project Management. GTP provides you with intensive technical, business, and leadership training, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. You will begin work and your onboarding with your team at a predetermined office location. In this program, you will:Gain real-life experiences at Trane Technologies job sites.Travel to multiple company locations for practical, in-person learning experiences related to this career.Complete meaningful assignments; and participate in individual and team projects.Gain the skillset and confidence to thrive as a full-time Associate Contracting Project Manager in your local sales office.What’s in it for you:Be a part of our mission!
