Join Transat as a Specialiste, Systems and Processes in our vibrant Montreal, QC office, where we make travel dreams come true with a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence! In this engaging role, reporting to the Director of Systems Support and Continuous Improvement, you’ll harness your expertise to drive operational enhancements and implement best practices across our teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating our continuous improvement plans, evaluating and documenting procedures, and actively collaborating with various departments to standardize processes and optimize system usage. You'll also act as the AMOS superuser for Technical Records & Engineering, participating in critical tasks such as conducting user tests during system updates, monitoring KPIs, and creating training materials. This position requires someone with a college diploma and 5 to 7 years of experience in technical operations, ideally within the airline industry. Your proficiency in AMOS software and knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, will be key in making impactful data-driven decisions. We value initiative, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset, and you’ll fit right in if you thrive in a collaborative environment.
